Does the purchase price include transfer costs?

    • Yes, the purchase price includes transfer costs, title deed and registration fees

What are the deposit and payment terms and how do I secure a unit?

    • An initial R50,000 deposit accompanied with a signed sales agreement will secure a unit.
    • The balance of the deposit which is 10% of the purchase price is payable upon acceptance of a bond with a bank of your choosing.
    • All deposits are held in interest bearing trust accounts with the appointed transferring attorneys.

Can you help us to finalise a bond?

    • Yes, we have bond originators who will ensure a quick turnaround time, and approach lending institutions to get you the most favourable bond terms. This is at no additional cost to the purchaser.

Does the development have fibre / internet connection?

Yes. Minimum speed of 10Mb connection, upgradable to 50Mb, based on a month to month fee. 10 Mb cost is around R700/ month uncapped.
